What a refurbished chair includes
A used chair fails in four places: hydraulics, electrics, upholstery and the delivery unit. Each one is checked and corrected before the chair is listed.
Lift and tilt cylinders, pump, valves and seals inspected and rebuilt where worn; the chair is cycled under load until it holds position without drift.
Foot control, touchpad or membrane switches, limit switches and boards tested; programmable positions verified on chairs that have them.
Torn or cracked upholstery is replaced with new material in the colour you choose; sound upholstery is cleaned and kept to keep the price down.
Handpiece tubing, air and water controls, syringe, cuspidor and the operatory light checked and repaired, so the package works as one unit on installation day.
Chair-only sales are available when a practice already has a delivery system it wants to keep; tell us the make so we can confirm the two will work together.
Choosing a used chair
A chair with its matching delivery unit installs faster and avoids compatibility surprises. A chair-only purchase makes sense when your delivery unit is newer than your chair.

Air, water, vacuum, drain and power have to reach the chair base. We confirm what your room has before the quote, so installation day is not the day you discover a missing drain.
A refurbished chair can often be delivered and installed within days once the operatory is ready. If you are opening a new office, tell us the build-out date and we plan around it.
