Dental equipment installation · LA County

An installation. Not a loose end.

Equipment selection is only one part of the job. Bring delivery, site readiness, installation and handover into the same plan—with a clearly defined scope before work begins.

Based in City of Industry. Serving Los Angeles County practices; send your address to confirm project coverage.

Explore the options

Make the handoffs explicit.

Tell us what is being installed and who is involved. We review the equipment work separately from any building modifications the project may require.

REPL

Replace an existing unit

Review the old and proposed models, utility connections, access and requested changeover window. Include removal or disposal in the scope discussion—not as an assumed extra.

NEW

Install new equipment

Start with the equipment list and manufacturer requirements. Confirm who prepares the site, who receives the shipment and when the location will be ready.

PLAN

Coordinate an office project

For a new or renovated practice, discuss the equipment side early. Building trades, design, permits and inspections require separate confirmation with the responsible professionals.

What a useful installation scope answers.

01

What is included?

List the equipment, delivery arrangements, installation tasks, testing and handover. Identify accessories and any removal work separately.

02

What must be ready first?

Confirm access, equipment-room conditions and the model-specific utility requirements. Necessary building work must be completed by the responsible qualified professionals.

03

What is the changeover plan?

Agree on the interruption window only after equipment availability and site readiness are confirmed. Leave room for testing before treating the job as complete.

04

Who handles the next question?

Keep model and serial information, warranty documents, maintenance instructions and the support contact together at handover.

The working plan

From a question to a clear scope.

03 / 04

Review a written quote

Confirm equipment, installation scope, exclusions and timing before approving work.

Agree on installation, testing, documentation and your ongoing service contact.

Before you decide

Good questions. Straight answers.

No. Request installation explicitly. The written proposal should distinguish equipment, delivery, installation and any outside work before you approve it.
Send the exact make, model, condition and location for review. Acceptance depends on the equipment, documentation, site and scope; not every product or used unit can be accepted.
Do not assume building modifications, permitting or licensed trade work are included. Those responsibilities must be assigned explicitly in the project scope. This page is for equipment installation inquiries, not a turnkey construction promise.
The form starts a conversation; it does not book a visit. Scheduling follows review of the scope, availability and site readiness.
