MS Dental Works started out of a single van in 2003. Twenty-three years later, two generations of the same family run the shop, the trucks and the phones for dental practices across Los Angeles County, and we still answer the phone ourselves.

We answer
Emergency calls are answered 7 days a week. Office hours are Mon–Fri 8AM–6PM and Sat 8AM–2PM, and a Saturday call gets a person.
We quote first
The trip charge for your address is quoted before we schedule; labor is billed by time on site and parts are quoted before they go in. No surprises on the invoice.
We fix on the first visit when we can
Common wear parts ride on the truck. When a repair cannot finish on the spot, loaner compressors, vacuum pumps and sterilizers are arranged case by case.
We say when it is time to replace
A repair that will not hold is not a repair. When a unit is done, we say so in writing and quote a refurbished or new unit you can compare.

On-site repair within about 30 miles of City of Industry across Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley and north Orange County, with the trip charge quoted by distance. Equipment sales, delivery and installation cover all of California.
Loaner compressors, vacuum pumps and sterilizers are arranged case by case when a repair cannot be finished on the spot, so the practice keeps producing.
