Make the visit useful before the truck leaves
For service away from our home base, preparing the job details matters. We review the request before committing to a visit; photos and model information support that discussion but do not replace an on-site diagnosis.
01Prepare a repair request
Describe the fault, the equipment model and the number of rooms affected. Tell us about alarms, repeated interruptions and recent work on the unit. If the office cannot operate, call to discuss the disruption and current availability. We confirm the service window with you before arranging the visit.
02Agree on access and the work window
For a scheduled visit, identify the person who will provide access, where the equipment sits and whether there are loading or building-hour restrictions. If a follow-up could be needed for parts or off-site work, discuss that possibility before assuming a one-visit completion.
03Plan a replacement as a complete job
For a new compressor or vacuum, discuss equipment selection, the existing connections, delivery access and the removal plan. Review who prepares the site and how the installed equipment will be tested. A planned installation should have an agreed scope and schedule, not just a product ordered for delivery.
