Refurbished dental autoclaves & sterilizers · Southern California

A sterilizer that passes its spore test before it reaches you.

Midmark, Tuttnauer and SciCan Statim autoclaves rebuilt in our shop with new gaskets, elements and controls where needed, spore tested before delivery, and set up in your sterilization area by our technicians.

Based in City of Industry. Equipment sales, delivery and installation anywhere in California; delivery and installation are quoted by distance.

Listed only once a unit is in our City of Industry shop, rebuilt and spore tested. For a sterilizer failing its spore test today, start with emergency repair.

NOW

Ask for today's sterilizers

Midmark and Statim units are the most requested and move fastest. Call with the model you prefer and your instrument volume, and we will tell you what is here and what is being rebuilt.

What a refurbished sterilizer includes

Rebuilt, then proven with a biological indicator.

A sterilizer is a pressure vessel with a heater and a door seal. Those are exactly the parts we replace and test.

GSK

Door gasket and seals

Door gasket, fill and vent valves and solenoids replaced where worn; the chamber holds pressure through a full cycle without leaking.

HTR

Heating element and sensors

Element, thermostat and temperature and pressure sensors tested so the unit reaches and holds sterilization temperature on every cycle.

CTL

Controls and cycle

Boards, displays and cycle logic verified; units with printers or USB logging are checked so your sterilization records work from day one.

BIO

Spore tested before delivery

A biological indicator is run in our shop before the unit ships, and we recommend you run your own on installation day and weekly after, as California requires.

For a failing sterilizer that is still in good condition, repair is usually cheaper than replacement; ask us to look first.

Choosing a sterilizer

Four questions that decide the unit.

01

Instrument volume

A busy hygiene schedule with pouches and cassettes needs chamber size and cycle speed; a second unit often solves the bottleneck better than a bigger one.

02

Cassette or chamber

Statim cassette units turn handpieces around in minutes; chamber units like the M11 handle full loads. Many offices run one of each.

03

Water and logging

Distilled-water routines and sterilization logs are part of the setup, not an afterthought; we show your team on installation.

04

Weekly spore testing

California requires weekly biological monitoring. Any sterilizer, new or refurbished, has to pass it every week; we make sure yours starts that way.

How a purchase works

From a phone call to a working operatory.

01 / 04

Tell us what you need

A chair for a new operatory, a compressor that died, a sterilizer for a second room. A brand or model helps but is not required.

02 / 04

We tell you what we have

What is in the shop today, what is being refurbished, and what we can source. Photos and the unit's history on request.

03 / 04

One written quote

The unit, the warranty, delivery and installation, each spelled out. Delivery and installation are quoted by distance from City of Industry.

04 / 04

Delivered and installed

Our own technicians deliver, connect, test and hand over the unit, and they are the same people you call for service afterwards.

Before you buy

Good questions. Straight answers.

Yes, as they come through the shop: Midmark M9 and M11, Tuttnauer manual and automatic models, and SciCan Statim 2000 and 5000 cassette units. Ask for what is available today.
Yes. A biological indicator is run in our shop before the unit ships. We also recommend running your own test on installation day so your log starts with a pass.
What is worn: the door gasket, valves and solenoids, the heating element, sensors and controls as needed. Every unit is run through full cycles and checked for leaks and temperature before it is listed.
Yes. Installation covers placement, water, power where needed, a test cycle and a walkthrough of the loading, water and logging routine with your sterilization lead.
Yes. Equipment sales, delivery and installation cover all of California. Most of our deliveries are across Southern California, from Santa Barbara and Ventura counties down to San Diego and out to the Inland Empire. Delivery and installation are quoted by distance from our City of Industry shop, and the quote is in writing before anything is scheduled.
Yes. Every refurbished unit we sell comes with a warranty. The period depends on the equipment type and its condition, and the exact terms are written into your quote so there is nothing to interpret later.
No. We do not buy doctors' equipment and we do not take trade-ins. The units we refurbish come through our own channels, and we only list a unit once it is in our shop.
