Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: Call us directly at 626-295-2178 you will be assigned one of our account managers who will ensure all of your service needs are met. Your account manager schedules service appointments, handles handpiece repairs and keeps you informed about monthly specials.

Q: How quickly can you make it out to my office?

A. We will assess the situation. If you are in an emergency situation, we will send a technician right away. If we are not able to repair your equipment on site, a loaner will be provided.

Q: How much do you charge for service?

A: This is dependent on your location and urgency. We will provide an estimate in advance.

Q: How much is it for you to come out to the office?

A: Unlike most of our competitors, we typically do not charge for travel.

Q: Do you sell new equipment?

A: Yes, we partner with major brands to offer you equipment at the lowest prices. We offer many brands of equipment to choose from, and all equipment comes with an extended warranty!
