Stop Fixing Emergencies.
Start Preventing Them.

Scheduled inspections keep your equipment running and put you at the front of the line when you need us most. No hidden fees. No unlimited service promises. Just honest prevention and priority access.

What Equipment Breakdowns Actually Cost Your Practice

$1,000–$3,000

Lost revenue per hour of downtime in a busy dental practice

When a compressor dies on a Tuesday morning with a full schedule, you're not just paying for the repair β€” you're paying for every patient who gets rescheduled, every procedure that doesn't happen, and every hour your team sits idle.

3–5x

More expensive to repair emergency failures vs. catching them during preventive maintenance

A $30 intake filter replaced during a maintenance visit prevents a $600 compressor head rebuild three months later. A gasket caught early prevents a failed spore test that shuts down your sterilization for days.

80%

Of equipment failures we see could have been prevented with regular maintenance

After 20+ years of repairing dental equipment across LA County, the pattern is clear: the practices that maintain their equipment spend less, stress less, and never lose a day to a preventable breakdown.

How It Works

1

Call Us or Ask Your Technician

Call 626-295-2178 or mention it to your technician during your next service call. We'll discuss which plan fits your practice size and equipment.

2

We Inventory Your Equipment

On the first visit, our technician documents every piece of equipment β€” manufacturer, model, serial number, and current condition. This becomes your equipment health baseline.

3

Scheduled Visits Begin

We schedule your maintenance visits in advance so they fit your practice calendar. Each visit includes a written report with findings and recommendations.

4

Priority Service When You Need It

If something breaks between visits, contract customers jump to the front of the line. Professional and Premium plans get guaranteed same-day response.

What's Included vs. What's Billed Separately

We believe in being completely upfront. Here's exactly what the plan covers and what it doesn't.

βœ“ Included in Your Plan

  • βœ“   Scheduled inspection visits (per your plan frequency)
  • βœ“   Standard consumables β€” filters, belts, gaskets, lubricants
  • βœ“   Written service report with findings and recommendations
  • βœ“   Phone and text troubleshooting between visits
  • βœ“   Preferred scheduling β€” you jump ahead of non-contract customers
  • βœ“   Equipment inventory and health baseline documentation

Billed Separately at Standard Rates

  • β†’   Emergency and repair visits outside of scheduled inspections
  • β†’   Repair parts β€” motors, control boards, heating elements, sensors
  • β†’   Labor for unscheduled repairs
  • β†’   Equipment installation, relocation, or replacement
  • β†’   Repairs needed due to misuse or unauthorized modifications

The plan covers prevention and priority access. Repairs are always quoted in advance β€” no surprises.

⚠️ Dispatch & Cancellation Policy

Service calls canceled less than 2 hours before technician arrival, or where the technician arrives and the issue has been resolved, are subject to a $75 dispatch fee. This applies to all customers and covers committed travel and technician time. Plan customers receive 2 complimentary cancellations per year.

Common Questions

No β€” and we're upfront about that. The plan includes scheduled inspections, consumables, and preferred scheduling. When something breaks between visits, you get moved to the front of the line. The repair itself is quoted and billed at standard rates.
Prevention and priority. Scheduled visits catch problems before they become emergencies. Priority status means you don't wait in line when something breaks. For most practices, one prevented emergency per year more than pays for the plan.
We accept credit card, ACH bank transfer, and check. Most customers prefer monthly auto-pay via credit card β€” charged on the 1st of each month with an automatic receipt. No invoices to chase. Quarterly invoicing is also available for practices that prefer traditional billing.
Even better. We already know your equipment. A maintenance plan simply formalizes the relationship β€” you get scheduled visits, priority emergency response, and predictable costs instead of waiting for something to break.
Yes. We ask for 30 days written notice. If you prepaid annually, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. We want you to stay because the plan is valuable, not because you're locked in.
Major repair parts (motors, control boards, heating elements) and equipment replacement are billed separately. The plan covers all labor for scheduled visits, standard consumables (filters, belts, gaskets, lubricants), and priority scheduling for emergency calls. Think of it as the labor and prevention side β€” parts for unexpected repairs are quoted separately when needed.
Two ways: First, we catch problems before they become emergencies. A worn belt caught during a scheduled visit costs $20 to replace β€” that same belt snapping on a Monday morning costs your practice hours of downtime plus an emergency call. Second, you get priority scheduling. When every practice in the area has a broken compressor after a heatwave, contract customers get serviced first.
Yes. For DSOs and multi-location practices, we offer custom pricing based on the number of locations and equipment volume. Call us to discuss β€” we can build a plan that covers all your sites with coordinated scheduling.
We schedule maintenance visits at times that work for you β€” early morning, lunch hours, or end of day. Most equipment can be serviced without taking operatories offline. We work around your patient schedule, not the other way around.
