On the first visit, our technician documents every piece of equipment β manufacturer, model, serial number, and current condition. This becomes your equipment health baseline.
We schedule your maintenance visits in advance so they fit your practice calendar. Each visit includes a written report with findings and recommendations.
If something breaks between visits, contract customers jump to the front of the line. Professional and Premium plans get guaranteed same-day response.

The plan covers prevention and priority access. Repairs are always quoted in advance β no surprises.
Service calls canceled less than 2 hours before technician arrival, or where the technician arrives and the issue has been resolved, are subject to a $75 dispatch fee. This applies to all customers and covers committed travel and technician time. Plan customers receive 2 complimentary cancellations per year.
